Severe weather will happen on Halloween and could ruin Halloween plans for many. A slight risk of severe weather has been issued for most of North and Central MS for Halloween day. Thunderstorms and heavy rain are likely with the possibility of damging winds and even a tornado possible. Rain could clear western parts of MS just in time for trick-or-treating, but exact timing for the event is still uncertain - the closer you are to the MS River the better chance you have at a dry Halloween night.
