Possible Tropical Storm

Invest 97 L could bring heavy rain and winds to Gulf Coast (including Mississippi) in the next few days. The National Hurricane Center has given it a 70% chance of becoming a tropical storm. This could be biggest tropical threat so far this season if it has a bigger effect than Andrea. This season has been very slow so far, and even though this won't be some devastating storm, people should still be careful. a
