ARCTIC Air Coming

A strong cold front will move through early next week, bringing very cold air behind it! Most of Mississippi will dip below freezing on Wednesday and Thursday mornings with many locations having 40s for high temperatures. This will bring temperatures 10-20 degrees below average. Very little precipitation will fall, and when and where it does, it will most likely be rain. The map below shows areas where a hard freeze, a freeze, and frost are possible. This could very well change, so the freezing line could go further north or south.






















But for now we are seeing more seasonable temperatures. This is Sunday's forecast:
